Business units

In the Micromechatronics business unit, we develop and manufacture sensors, actuators and tilting mirror systems to solve demanding measurement tasks. The micromechatronic systems are used in future-oriented industries such as semiconductor production, optics and aerospace. There, the sensors have proven themselves in numerous applications.

We adapt these micromechatronic sensor systems to customer-specific environments - with regard to the most suitable measurement method and also with regard to application-specific requirements. In this respect, we make use of our powerful product and technology portfolio.

The Systems engineering business unit develops, projects and manufactures turnkey measuring systems for process monitoring and automated quality control. A particular advantage: all core competencies required for the measuring systems come from a single source. This allows innovative sensor products and technologies to be integrated directly into the systems. 

The use of application-optimized sensor technology increases efficiency and creates a competitive advantage for our customers. This means that complete solutions comprising sensor technology, automation, software and machine building can be implemented in the shortest possible time.
